It was so scary!
We had big storms with lightening and tons of thunder last night! Usually I would have opened up a closet door and gone inside to hide... but I thought I might be safer near Grandpa and Camper Alex's dad who are both big guys. But want to know what really made me feel better? It was when Camper Alex came close and said " it's ok Sweetheart- thunder is just noise". That really helped me feel safe!

Wow, you're cousin has a great store of wisdom for you, Petunia. It's nice to see you two are developing a symbiotic relationship with him! Maybe he'll sometime come to see you again in Columbus...
